1.)  Director, Administration And Human Resource

Qualification
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Public Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution

  • A post-graduate degree will be of added advantage

  • The ideal candidate must be calm and self-controlled under any circumstance

2.)  Director - Finance

Qualification
  • Candidate must possess a university degree in Economics, Banking &. Finance, Accounting, not lower than second class lower division in a relevant discipline.
  • A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
  • He or she must be a qualified accountant.
  • In addition, candidate must have a minimum of twenty (20) years cognate experience with at least 5 years in senior management position preferably in the financial services sector
  • This job role requires the ability to fulfill work projects with honesty and integrity.
  • Applicant must be innovative and disciplined in identifying and solving finance related problems, and communicating findings for implementation.
Roles
  • The successful candidate will improve the organization's accounting and financial management systems
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implement cash management processes
  • Develop strategies and implement long term goals for the organization
  • Direct organizational budget to meet its financial goals.

3.)  Director - Off Site Supervision

Qualification
  • University degree or equivalent Qualification in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science and Insurance
  • A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
  • She/he must possess relevant professional Qualification e.g. ACA, CITN, CNA, CIlN, ACCA
  • In addition, candidate must have a minimum of twenty (20) years cognate experience with at least 5 years il1 senior management position in the financial services sector.
  • Experience as a thought-leader as demonstrated through distinguished services in relevant associations, committees, etc
Roles
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the supervision through the team with respect to any regulatory tools used in dealing with issues of non-compliance, and conducting meetings held with company officials to obtain information to facilitate  this.
  • Candidates should have exceptional analytical and communication skills (both written and oral) and highly developed team leadership and mentoring skills
  • The post holder will be accountable for contributing to the development and implementation of new or revised policy and / or legislative initiatives.

  • Ensure excellent and quality service delivery in the cyber cafe,
  • Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis
  • Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc.
  • First port of call and initial troubleshooting of IT problems and resolving if possible
  • Overseeing file management on centralized resource (e,g, server) or on individual workstations

Duties

Asset Management( Variance and Accounts analysis; in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. financial policies and procedures. and all other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts and cash flows
  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Review and track performance by monitoring variance from plan, highlighting potential issues
  • Prepare year end statutory accounts

5.)  Deputy Economic Development Center Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate research and analysis of specific value chainsagricultural and non agricultural to identify opportunities for catalyzing systemic change in the market system
  • Scan and identify economic development programmes being implemented in the Niger Delta with the aim using the information for strategic planning of PIND's economic development programmes
  • Lead the design of pilot intervention projects that will create effective and inclusive markets, develop mark linkages. and support appropriate technology driven development within identified value chains
  • Support the Market Development Officer in facilitating the implementation of pilot projects
  • Design and implement an internal monitoring and results measurement (MRM) system that supports effective project implementation and generates credible information for impact assessment
  • Build capacity of team members and local implementing partners in market driven approaches to development.
Educational Qualification
  • A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a relevant field of study.
  • A Masters degree in a relevant field is an added advantage,

  • Work with EDC partners to align M&E systems. procedures and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate collection. storage and consolidation of programme data
  • Plan and facilitate project and programme evaluations
  • Manage the numerous activities that will be required by PIND's pilot projects, and programmes it will support
  • Implement a series of monitoring and evaluation tools to help PIND and its beneficiaries gauge progress, and to communicate results to a broad range of stakeholders.
Educational Qualification:
  • A bachelors degree in Social Science or Business Administration.
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
knowledge, Skill and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in coordinating monitoring & evaluation systems for development projects If Familiarity with M&E systems and practices

2.)  Logistics / Transport Manager - IOL/LTM/2011

Requirements

  • Applicant must be well grounded in the management and maintenance of petroleum tanker trucks.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of SINOTRUCK/ STEYR brand of trucks, as well as a firm knowledge of current road networks, conditions and distances across Nigeria, bridging of petroleum products, the intricacies of the Petroleum Equalization Fund (PEF) administration and its documentation.
  • Should have evidence of having successfully run a fleet for at least 5 years.
The Person
  • The candidate must be well acquainted with performance of various brands of tyres and have the ability to access and identify genuine spare parts.
  • A first degree or HND in engineering related disciplines.
  • Age: should be at least 35 years of age, in good health and must be computer literate.

3.)  Retail Sales Manager - IOL/RSM/2011

Requirements

  • Applicant should have full knowledge of petroleum products marketing, retail sales, lubricants and accessories supplied and sold in filling stations.
  • Applicant must understand the management and operations of stations on dealership and private ownership bases of operation.
  • Should have good knowledge of the supply and distribution processes from various depot refineries in the North, South East and South West Applicants are to be based in either Lagos, calabar or Kaduna.
The Person
  • A degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences or related disciplines, with at least 5 years cognate experience in the downstream sector
  • Age: should be at least 35 years of age, in good health and must be computer literate.

4.)  Safety Manager - IOL/SM/2011

Requirements

  • Applicant must possess an Engineering degree and other relevant certificates that will enable him to operate roundly in a petroleum products storage environment.
  • Must have worked in a petroleum depot or related environment, managed safety situations, activities, improved and maintained safest work methods for upwards of seven (7) years.
Duties
The applicant is expected to:
  • To ensure safest practices during depots' installations anywhere on the continent.
  • Carry out timely, checks of all safety equipment.
  • Develop training programs and conduct in-house training of (safety) officers. Align safety practices to international standards and relate with relevant regulatory bodies like DPR. NPA. State Governments, etc. on safety issues and standards.
  • Update structures and practices from time to time.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures/policies to global standards.

5.)  Truck Drivers - IOL/TD/2011

Requirements

  • Applicants must be experienced, well acquainted with the operation and maintenance of various prime movers.
  • Must have worked in a reputable logistics or haulage company for upwards of 5 years with proof of a good safety record.
  • Must demonstrate evidence of good sight.
  • Age: should be over 30 years, honest, dedicated and loyal.

6.)  Mechanic - IOL/ME/2011

Requirements

  • Experienced mechanics who are specialized in repairs and maintenance of SINOTRUCK ISTEYR and other modern trucks.
  • Applicants must show evidence of qualification and should produce all relevant certificates or training documents from reputable motor companies.
  • Must be willing and able to move to any location in West Africa upon short notices to attend to mechanically troubled trucks in transit.
  • Age: should be over 30 years, honest, dedicated and loyal.
